• Education, Certificate
  (Relevant education, achievement & certification)

1. Bachelor degree from a reputed university/college
   
2. MS Office & proficiency in excel is a must
   

• Knowledge
  (knowledge gained in the past relevant to this requirement)

1. Knowledge of handling Retail Store Operations
   
2. Selling & customer service
   
3. Good knowledge of Jewellery - Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Silver will be an added advantage
   
4. MIS Reporting
   

• Skills
  (Specific job skills required for this job)

1. Communication- Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English & regional language
   
2. Computer operating knowledge
   
3. Good knowledge of Point of Sale system (POS)/ERP/SAP
   
4. Excellent in Excel / spreadsheet
   

• Experience
  (Specific type or amount of experience)

1. Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations as Asst. Manager/Store Manager. Preferably with an established Retail Brand
   
2. Experience in handling customer queries & grievance handling
