Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our dynamic recruitment team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for tech professionals across various roles. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in HR and IT recruitment.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (any discipline; preference for HR, IT, or related fields)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in technology and IT job functions
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and technical teams
- Source potential candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and internal teams
- Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist in offer negotiation and post-offer engagement
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends in IT hiring
