Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP implementation projects
- Committed to work in continuous Night shift EST timings 17:30 to 03:30 AM IST.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely
- Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
- Excellent presentation skills, create RCAs Landscape Reviews , Monthly service reports etc..
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong Basis Implementation experience of SAP products -ECC on HANA, S/4 HANA, BW, BO, PI /PO, Fiori, Gateway, Web dispatcher etc.
- Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementation experience.
- Knowledge and experience in SAP sizing is advantageous
- SSO configuration and support experience
- Hands on experience in performing version Upgrades and migrations of both application and databases is a Must.
- Experience in data center migration is advantageous
- Strong experience in applying sap notes, support packs, performing EHP upgrades and kernel upgrades
- Strong Performance Tuning experience in SAP product range
- Strong installation and upgrade experience in at least two databases- HANA, MSSQL, Oracle , Sybase and DB2
- Strong experience in windows ,Linux and Unix operating systems
- General backup and restore experience across the databases
- Strong experience in client copies, system copies and refreshes.
- Solution manager experience is advantageous
- Need to be a team player
- Knowledge on Cloud technologies -BTP, Integration suite, Cloud Connector etc..,
