Job Description
Role: Senior SAP APO PP/DS Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Fulltime
NOTE:
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or max 30 Days
- Domain Experience: Good to have experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences/Pharma but again has the priority for these domain experience.
- Location: Remote
- Working hours: Central European time ( Starting at 1 PM IST OR 2 PM IST)
- Experience Required: 6-10 Years
Job Description:
Primary Skills
- Excellent communication skills (fluency in English written and verbal communication)
- Strong experience working on SAP implementation, migration, upgrade and support projects (SAP ECC to ECC migration, S/4 HANA)
- Hands on experience working with medium to large scale global implementation projects in complex scenarios.
- Strong experience working with global customer stakeholders, multivendor environments.
- Experience working in company merger, demerger, Carve Out/ TSA exit global project scenarios is a plus
- Strong understanding and experience in ITIL processes.
- ATP and GATP
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP APO PP/DS, including heuristics, optimization, and pegging strategies
- Expertise in production planning and scheduling, capacity leveling, and order prioritization
- Knowledge of master data management, including resources, production versions, and PDS (Production Data Structure)
- Experience with integration between SAP PP/DS and SAP ECC or S/4HANA for real-time planning
- Understanding of demand planning, MRP, finite and infinite scheduling, and capacity constraints
- Hands-on experience in configuring planning boards, interactive planning tools, and optimizer settings
- Ability to handle end-to-end implementation, enhancements, troubleshooting, and user training
Secondary Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA embedded PP/DS and migration from APO
- Knowledge of CIF (Core Interface) for data transfer between SAP ERP and APO
- Exposure to SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) as a future planning tool
- Basic understanding of ABAP debugging for issue resolution
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
