KEY ACCOUNT ABILITIES:
Developing new products as per business requirements Industrializing production process for new products Setting up new production facilities & qualifying for mass production Source Supplier and Products Production planning & control Supplier quality management
JOB CONTEXT:
Work closely with product, retail & warehouse team.
Knowledge of people management.
Continuous improvement projects.
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
All the superiors, managers, & staff in the performance of daily tasks, as found necessary, and for following up purposes on a regular basis.
General manager on a daily basis.
External:
Providers, suppliers & business partners/associates, as & when required.
FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:
Full reporting to general manager on all matters
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
B tech ( Mechanical )
Minimum 10 years of work experience in R&D and has a track record of Working in projects or leading a product that got materialized by product introduction to market
Lean/TPM initiatives, processes experience in any of the past organizations the candidate has worked
Experience in leading Kaizens
