Job Description

    Designation :- Finance Sales Executive

    Experience :- 3+ years

    Location :- Lucknow

     

    Roles and Responsibilities:-

     

    Develop and maintain client relationships

    • Establish strong, trust-based relationships with clients to understand their investment needs and objectives.
    • Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

     

    Portfolio Analysis and Management

    • Perform comprehensive analysis of client portfolios and recommend appropriate adjustments based on market trends and individual goals.
    • Monitor investment performance and prepare detailed reports to communicate results to clients.

     

    Sales Strategy Implementation

    • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand the client base and increase portfolio assets.
    • Identify new business opportunities through research and networking to grow market share.

     

    Market Research and Trend Analysis

    • Keep abreast of market developments and economic news to provide timely insights to clients.
    • Analyze competitive landscape to adjust strategies and offerings accordingly.

     

    Collaboration with Internal Teams

    • Work closely with portfolio management and research teams to align sales strategies with market opportunities.
    • Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all sales practices adhere to regulations and standards.

     

    Client Education and Support

    • Provide training and support to clients regarding investment products and services.
    • Prepare and present educational seminars or workshops to enhance clients' understanding of portfolio management.

     

    Achieve Sales Targets

    • Set ambitious sales goals and work diligently to meet or exceed them.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales pipeline effectively.

     

    Reporting and Documentation

    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
    • Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback for management review.
