Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the regional sales team
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and advertisers
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Report regularly to senior management on performance metrics
• Ensure high team productivity and motivation

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in media or related sectors
• Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
• Ability to plan region-specific strategies and lead a team
• In-depth knowledge of the Indore market and surrounding areas
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
