Our passionate team works at the intersection of innovation, tech, and purpose. Role Description We are seeking a Full-Time Technical Trainer to join us onsite in Ludhiana. This role involves delivering high-quality technical training to both fresh and experienced team members, with a strong focus on Web3 and blockchain technologies. You will be responsible for conducting structured training programs, supporting onboarding processes, and fostering a learning-first environment across departments. If youre passionate about teaching, staying ahead in emerging tech, and helping others grow, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver in-depth technical training sessions for developers and technical staff Design training programs and workshops focused on Web3, blockchain, and related tech stacks Develop e-learning materials, manuals, and assessments Evaluate individual and team progress, offering feedback and improvement plans Collaborate with team leads and HR to identify training needs Conduct onboarding technical orientation for new hires Stay updated with emerging technologies to keep training content relevant Promote a growth mindset and continuous learning culture Required Qualifications Experience in Technical Training or Training & Development Solid knowledge of Web3, blockchain, and related ecosystems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to create engaging and practical training content Strong organizational and presentation skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field A learning mindset and eagerness to stay updated with the latest tech trends Prior experience in the blockchain industry is a plus,
