Content Acquisition Specialist @ NOVAC

Job Description

• Conduct market research to analyze content trends, audience preference, and competitive landscape
• Identify and engage with subject matter experts and domain expert who has global market exposure and expertise
• Evaluate content for quality, relevance and alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure acquired content meets the platform and audience needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with content providers including SME s and industry experts
• Negotiate and review licensing agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions
• Oversee and manage content delivery and integration processes to ensure smooth execution
• Take ownership and accountability for timely course launches, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Source and acquire current content from subject matter experts to keep the companys programs relevant in the industry
• Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure cost-effective execution of learning initiatives
• Engage with accreditation bodies to obtain certification for the courses
