Job Description

Hiring for Senior Recruiter / Lead Position.

Work location: Bangalore

Mode: Hybrid (3 days from office Wednesday/Thursday/Friday)

Full-Time Job

Notice Period: Joining Immediately

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Should have strong experience ( 5 to 7 years) in Recruitment/Staffing (Consulting Industry)

Delivering on Staffing mandates for IT Companies and Captive Centers.

Must be target-driven and must be able to thrive in a time pressured environment.

Responsible Client Engagement/Relations and Deliverables.

Experience in team handling between 3 to 4 Recruiters, which includes allocating and tracking demands, driving teams for targets, and measuring performance.

Strong sourcing expertise across job boards, social media, and referrals.

Excellent client management and communication skills.

Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally
