• 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in technical and product recruiting.
• Experience hiring for niche tech domains (automotive/infotainment preferred).
• End-to-end recruitment for both permanent and contract roles across various technical functions.
• Source and engage candidates through ATS tools and leading platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Strong grasp of technical roles including software developers, engineers, data analysts, and related profiles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, especially in the automotive /infotainment space.
• Leverage existing networks within the Bengaluru start-up and tech ecosystem to identify top talent.
• Results driven with a confident, proactive approach to recruitment
