Role: IT Technical Recruiter We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in C2H and permanent hiring for IT and engineering roles. You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent through various channels and utilizing different methodologies to meet our hiring needs.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical positions; must have feasibility working for contract hiring/Contract staffing (C2H)/Permanent, for IT and roles.
• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the sourcing to the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in technical recruiting.

Desired Skills:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on contract hiring/Contract staffing (C2H)//Permanent hiring for IT roles.
• Well-versed in sourcing profiles through different channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Experience with various sourcing methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements within the IT sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good to have client facing knowledge.
• Some one joining immediate to 15days, candidate only apply

Work Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore.

Work Mode: Hybrid 3 days work from office.
