Java Full Stack Developer @ Altimetrik

Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in both front-end and back-end development with expertise in Angular, Java, Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using Angular (front-end) and Java, Spring Boot, Microservices (back-end).
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle including requirement gathering, design discussions, development, testing, and deployment.
• Build scalable, reliable, and secure applications adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and actively participate in code reviews.

Technical Skills Required:

• Front-end: Angular (version 8+ preferred), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, JavaScript.
• Back-end: Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC.
• Microservices: Strong hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining Microservices-based applications.
• Databases: Good knowledge of relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, integration patterns, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred but not mandatory).
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
