Join a global leader in IT-BPM services for the travel domain! IGT Solutions is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to lead a Content Moderation team handling images, videos & text, including sensitive content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & motivate a team of agents handling international content moderation
  
• Monitor performance, conduct reviews & ensure daily targets (>1000 cases/agent, 99% accuracy)
  
• Deliver coaching, feedback & regular audits
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, L&D, Transport)
  
• Ensure team well-being & engagement
  
• Share data insights & suggest policy/process improvements
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Prior experience managing a content moderation team for an international client
  
• Strong knowledge of moderation across images, text, short videos (including afflictive content)
  
• Proficiency in team & performance management
  
• Excellent stakeholder coordination & communication
  
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts
