Job Description

A branch manager in the insurance industry is responsible for the day-to-day sales of a branch, including sales, customer service, and compliance. They also develop strategies to grow the business and acquire new customers. Responsibilities

Sales: Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to meet or exceed targets
Customer service: Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships with current customers and establishing new ones
