Salesforce Release Manager @ Accion Labs

Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce development/administration roles.
• 3+ years of proven experience managing Salesforce DevOps processes.
• Hands-on expertise in Gearset (preferred) and experience with other deployment tools (e.g., Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum).
• Deep understanding of GitOps principles, including Git-based version control, pull requests, code reviews, and branching strategies.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata, APIs, and packaging (Unlocked/Managed Packages).
• Experience managing multiple Salesforce environments and coordinating large-scale releases.
• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and working in a sprint-based development environment.
