Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Salesforce development/administration roles.
3+ years of proven experience managing Salesforce DevOps processes.
Hands-on expertise in Gearset (preferred) and experience with other deployment tools (e.g., Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum).
Deep understanding of GitOps principles, including Git-based version control, pull requests, code reviews, and branching strategies.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata, APIs, and packaging (Unlocked/Managed Packages).
Experience managing multiple Salesforce environments and coordinating large-scale releases.
Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and working in a sprint-based development environment.
