Roles and Responsibilities
Assume automation is in place to verify that the application is up and running
Assume automation is in place that confirms transfers complete successfully
Team needs to address issues if an application goes down
There are many file transfers,
If there are failed transfers, team needs to determine the issue and ensure that files are transferred by the specified timeframes
If incoming files have not been received by the normal time, contact the team that owns the source and determine why and when the file will be transferred
Address any Control-M Batch Job issues
Team needs to be able to modify the EDI application if required
Code Management
Change management
