Role & responsibilities

• Manage ticketing queues in GDS platforms (Sabre/Amadeus), including ticket fulfillment, processing ADMs, ARCs, and BSPs.
• Perform data quality checks and handle invoicing activities using multiple tools and platforms.
• Communicate with global vendors (Airlines, Hotels, Car Rental Companies) via emails and outbound calls to resolve queries and ensure service accuracy.
• Meet and exceed KPIs/SLAs defined for the travel operations process.
• Embrace a 24/7 work environment with flexibility to work night shifts, weekends and holidays.
