Key Responsibilities:

Ecommerce Product Listing

Create and optimize listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.

Upload product images, write effective descriptions, and manage keywords.

Account Management

Maintain marketplace seller accounts

Track orders, manage returns, handle customer communication

Coordinate with internal teams for inventory and logistics

Digital Marketing

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)

Track ad performance and optimize for better ROI

Basic content creation and posting on social platforms

Customer Service Support

Respond to inquiries via chat/email

Resolve customer issues politely and efficiently

Requirements:

Prior experience in Ecommerce or online business preferred

Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.

Basic knowledge of social media marketing tools

Ability to communicate clearly and meet deadlines

Good internet connection and personal laptop or system
