Position: Customer Service Executive (Chat)

Domain: UK-based Utility

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: UK Shifts (2 Rotational Offs)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions via chat
  • Resolve utility-related queries efficiently
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards
  • Deliver timely and efficient support according to customer requirements and SLA
  • Responsible for the care, accuracy, confidentiality, security and maintenance of information
  • Adhere to all policies, processes and business rules
  • Manage follow up enquires and administration
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organise, plan and meet set targets
  • Ability to present information clearly, concisely and accurately

Eligibility Criteria:


  • Qualification: HSC/ Graduate with minimum 6months of international chat experience

  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, customer-centric approach, adaptability to UK shift timings

Salary: Based on last drawn salary
