About the Role:
We are seeking a Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications. Youll be responsible for driving technical excellence, mentoring developers, and delivering robust software solutions across both backend and frontend stacks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps, and QA.
- Review code, guide team members on best practices, and ensure code quality standards are maintained.
- Architect and implement new features, components, and services.
- Manage deployments, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Contribute to strategic technical decisions and long-term planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 2+ years in a technical/lead role.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate.
- Hands-on experience with Angular (v12+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RxJS.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud integrations (preferably AWS or Azure).
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL.
- Experience with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Previous experience mentoring or managing developers is a plus.
