Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Pharmacy Assistant to support our pharmacy operations. In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day activities of the pharmacy and contribute to efficient operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the sale and dispensing of over-the-counter medications and products.
- Provide support to pharmacists in preparing and packaging prescribed medications.
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on products and services.
- Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Handle cash register and process transactions as required.
- Follow pharmacy guidelines and regulations to ensure patient safety.
Skills & Qualifications:
- SSC+ with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and procedures.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
