Software Engineer - Python @ Spring Computing

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure Python web applications.


• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and testable code using Django and Python.


• Optimize application performance and responsiveness.


• Design and manage database schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity and scalability.


• Implement security and data protection best practices.


• Create RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data exchange between systems.


• Write unit and integration tests using frameworks such as Pytest, Behave, or Django s test suite.


• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.


• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Python and Django development.

Requirements

• BE in CS / IT, MSc CS, MCS, MCA Science.


• 2-5 years of experience in Python and Django framework.


• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.


• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.


• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integrating them into Django templates.


• Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.


• Knowledge of ORM (Object Relational Mapping), migrations, and Django admin customization.


• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS.


• Familiarity with asynchronous programming and Django Channels.
