Job Description:
Responsible for selling the Solutions (Precision A.C. + U.P.S. etc. - Operation &Maintenance of entire Data center) for Critical Space Management to the ITIndustries having Data Centers which are Critical from their Business View Point
Handling Key Accounts across PAN INDIA forService Salesofpotentialcustomers
Develop and continuously grow theAMCcontracts businesses to new(Warranty toAMC) and existing customer base assigned.
Ensure the retention of existing customer base through team-working, proactivecustomer visits and customer relationship building.
Submitting quotations/proposals to customers in a timely and professionalmanner.
Negotiate terms and conditions /payment terms and price which are favorableto company and to make sure that most of the customers should be converted
Monthly/Weekly Sales & Collection planning and achievement
Setting targets to Team, Monitoring and Delivering results.
Dealing with the operations related to UPS,PAC & DGAMC, CSM, Battery, UPSAccessories and Remote Monitoring Product Business
Spearheading the operations of PM Planning ofAMCCustomers along withproviding quality services
Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing them with pre/post serviceassistance and achieving delivery & quality service norms
Establishing & maintaining agreements that establish clearly the financialliabilities of the after sale service contractor and managing the service level
agreement
Ensuring the sale service vendors qualify and meet the company's service, costand controls requirements
Maintaining an up to date action plan addressing the issues with after-salesservice
Shouldering the responsibility of attending new installation, warranty claims andcomplaints
Assuring delivery of error free & timely service to customers through supervision
Resolving the issues / complaints within the TAT's while adhering to the SLA's
Coordinating with team members and other departments of the company in theareas of System, Solutions Sales and Projects in order to drive overall customeraccount profitability and satisfaction
Maintaining all escalation reports along with training all the Service Engineers andService Technicians
