Job Description
OO systems with Java with real in depth knowledge of both areas
Practical experience of eBusiness, eCommerce & Internet technologies, best practices & industry standards
Good knowledge of prevalent web frameworks like Struts and Spring
Good knowledge of integration of web applications with legacy backend systems using SOA based architecture
Good knowledge of web and application servers, preferably IBM IHS & WAS
Good knowledge of RIA implementation patterns and JavaScript frameworks like Backbone, Marionette etc.
Application Integration experience with In Memory Data Grid (IMDG) products like GemFire
Project development and delivery experience of multiple good size projects
Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills
Experience in using a test driven development approach using JMock and JUnit or other similar libraries
Hands-on experience in one of the required development environments and tools (Eclipse, IDE, RAD, WSAD, RSA)
Hands on experience of RDBMS and SQL, preferably Oracle
Experience of best practices development methodologies, including Agile/ DSDM/ XP
A good working understanding of UML
Knowledge of Identity Management Solutions, CA Siteminder, AuthMinder, RiskMinder
Knowledge of Web Analytics and related tools like GSA or Tealeaf or Webtrends
Preferable Skills are:
Web, caching and scheduling frameworks like - Spring MVC, EHCache and Quartz
Content Management Systems especially TeamSite / Livesite
Understanding of SOA with implementation experience
Some knowledge of implementing and integrating using Web Services ((SOAP, REST, WS-*) RAD, WSAD
Some knowledge of Web Services standards including WS-I Compliance, WSDL, JAX-RPC, JAX-WS..
