Monitoring & Management of Windows & Virtualization platforms efficiency
Server /Virtualization - Maintenance, Management Production
Presenting Technical Information with the stake holders
Monitoring Health of the Infrastructure
Validating the changes on the Server /Virtualization platform
Secures the system by developing policies, procedures, and controls.
Follow ITIL Process for Change and Incident Management Process
Position Requirements:
6 - 8 Years of experience
Monitoring & Management of Windows platforms efficiency
Sound knowledge on powershell scripting, automation
Sound knowledge on Windows 2008 /2012 server OS
Knowledge on Failover clustering 2008 /2012
Installation /Configuration /Hardening of server OS
hands on DNS /DHCP /FTP /AntiVirus /Patching
Good Exposer on Vmware ESXi 5.x and 6.x,
Server /Virtualization - Maintenance, Management Production & Non Production environment
Hands -on Experience on AD
Presenting Technical Information with the stake holders
Performance Analysis & Reporting Skills of the infrastructure under support
Maintains SLA on system uptime & performance by setting and enforcing best practices, standards and controls.
Validating the changes on the Server /Virtualization /Messaging platform by studying plans and requirements; advising technical stake holders; coordinating the overall approach.
Updates Job knowledge and regular mentoring of the team; Training and managing junior staff in your team
Work on ticket and resolve within stipulated SLA
Installation and Implementation of VMware ESXi server
Installation and Implementation VMware Vcenter
Setting up V -Motion, HA and DRS etc.
Creating new datastores and extending existing datastores by assigning new LUNs to it.
Extending RDM LUNs and iSCSi LUNs from OS level.
Creating Virtual Machine and Templates.
