Should be efficient with Java J2EE and related technologies.
Should have hands-on exposure to frameworks like Struts, Spring and Hibernate
Should be able to work with web services.
Having EJB experience would be a add on
Having hands-on experience with SQL server and Oracle Database
Should be familiar with writing DDL,DMLs, Stored procedures
Should be familiar with Build& deployment procedures and Version control tools like SVN.
Associate should be flexible to work in shifts and irrespective of locations
