Footwear QC - Bangladesh @ Volar Fashion

Job Description:
Monitor the quality control process to ensure end-product is in alignment with the product specifications draw production planning with Vendors / HQ
Check and Approve all bulk production materials (e.g. Lab Dips, Fabrics, Trims, etc.)
Manage production costs and negotiate production surcharge with vendors
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day production activities in accordance to the master production plan
Work closely with factories and buyers to understand the production requirements, communicate with the factories on technical aspects, verify correctness of fittings, and make necessary recommendations for quality improvement
Requirements:
Technical certificate or relevant study in footwear technology or related discipline (e.g. Footwear, Leather, Etc)
At least 4 - 6 years solid experience in footwear manufacturing industry, overseeing production and quality
Good technical knowledge in footwear production phases
Detail-minded, hardworking and willing to take up challenges
Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills, strong sense of team spirit and responsibility
Good verbal and written command of English language is a must.
