Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct thorough underwriting analysis on US residential mortgage applications, including income calculation and creditworthiness assessment.
Review loan-to-value ratios, debt-to-income ratios, and other relevant factors to determine loan eligibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex underwriting issues and optimize processes for improved efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in US residential mortgage underwriting or related field (e.g., banking, finance).
Strong understanding of income calculation methods and ability to analyze financial data accurately.
Proficiency in reviewing loan documents, such as loan statements, tax returns, pay stubs etc. .
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
