Offering Lead Tech Led EngineeringRole Summary:
Cyient is seeking an experienced and visionary Solution Offering Lead to drive the development and growth of differentiated solutions in Tech-Led Engineering domain. This strategic role will work closely with sales, delivery, and technology teams to create compelling industry-specific offerings and enable customer success through solution pitches, capability demonstrations, and roadmap development.Key Responsibilities:Offering Development & GTM Enablement: - Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify industry-specific challenges and design tailored solution pitches for specific industries.
- Own and evolve differentiated offerings for Tech-Led Engineering for end-to-end product development that align with customer and industry needs.
- Tech-Led Engineering - Deep Understanding of Engineering tools across CAD, Simulation, Systems Engineering, MBSE, PLM, MES, and the entire software product development lifecycle. Appreciation of challenges that are limiting customers from being more agile and productive
- Develop customer-centric value propositions and package them as go-to-market offerings.
- Demo and Solution Showcases:
- Create engaging solution showcases and demonstrators that bring offerings to life for customers.
- Design and drive proof-of-concept (PoC) use cases that validate Cyient's capability and accelerate sales cycles.
- Maintain and refresh a library of use cases, solution videos, walkthroughs, and presentations.
- Capability Roadmap & Backlog Management:
- Define and maintain a roadmap of platform features, technical accelerators, and reusable assets aligned with customer priorities and market trends.
- Create and manage a backlog of solution requirements, prioritize based on business impact and feasibility, and work with engineering teams to develop capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Interface with delivery teams to ensure alignment between offering design and delivery readiness.
- Work with domain experts and digital technology leads to translating solution blueprints into execution-ready components.
- Market and Industry Intelligence:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine Cyients positioning.
- Capture voice-of-customer feedback to continually refine offering constructs and pitch strategies.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Masters in Engineering, Technology, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in solution development or pre-sales in the ER&D or engineering services domain.
- Domain understanding of at least one industry such as Aerospace, Rail, Automotive, Energy, or Healthcare is preferred.
- Expertise in one or more of the following: Software Development, Digital Twin, Predictive Maintenance, PLM/SLM systems, QMS/CAPA systems, MRO workflows, or GenAI applications in engineering.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to create impact with customers.
- Hands-on experience working with engineering workflows and digital platforms/tools (e.g., CAD/PLM/IoT/ERP integration, Model-based systems engineering)
- Proven experience in applying AI/ML and/or GenAI technologies in Engineering to drive productivity
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes in a matrix organization.
