Job Description
- Should have knowledge of Hydraulic systems of On/ off highway vehicles, Material handling or mobile equipments
- Knowledge of Hydraulic circuit design
- Able to perform calculations related to hydraulic pressure and flow requirement
- Knowledge in Component selection like pump, cylinders, hoses, pipes, adaptors and required accessories
- Able to decide path and route hoses/pipes accordingly
- Good understanding of design and engineering fundamentals, GD&T.
- Build CAD models, Assemblies, Drawings required for integration and BOM creation in PDM
- Able to handle the tasks/projects independently, maintain the quality and follow delivery of assigned tasks/projects
- Review and validate manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable standards
- Knowledge of PDM system, Engineering change management and sustaining engineering
- Good knowledge of 2D and 3D Modelling / Drafting
- Good working knowledge CATIA V5/Solid works/Inventor
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with 5 -7 years relevant experience
