Job Description

JD for the cable assembly sourcing position. Please share suitable profiles to screen and short list for interview.

Expectation is candidate should have 5+Years of Experience in sourcing of Cable assembly projects - Cable/Wires/Connectors sourcing with BE- ECE / Mechanical background.

• Experience in Industrial / Automotive projects.
• Experience in sourcing of Connectors, Wires, Cable, Cable assembly and Electronics Parts.
• Experience in Vendor Development , Part Development Process & Cable assembly outsourcing and cable Assy molding requirement.
• Knowledge of Auto industry
• Negotiation skill - Ability to drive suppliers and meet customer targets cost.
• Good communication skill to interact Supplier/internal teams/Customer during development phase and part approval process.
• Knowledge on cost reduction approach through various methods.
• Knowledge on ISO/AS Standards.
• Knowledge on Purchasing process .
• Follow up with suppliers and ensure on time availability of parts for production.
