Job Description

4 years of hands experience in concept and design of welding, Assembly and Gauge Inspection fixtures using Creo CAD Tool.
Good understanding of various Manufacturing processes, Resting, locating & Clamping principles
Good in GD&T and Create the manufacturing drawings.
Knowledge on PDM-Windchill is added advantage.
Materials used for Fixture design, welding symbol & Heat treatment process.
Knowledge for Limit Fit & Tolerances, Geometric tolerances.
Ability to read and interpret product drawings and prints.
Large assembly tolerance stack analysis.
Good English communication and ability execute project independently.
