Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage retail sales of construction chemicals, including waterproofing products, through the retail channel.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors to drive business growth.
Identify new sales opportunities and negotiate contracts to meet targets.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field (construction chemicals preferred).
Strong understanding of construction chemicals, particularly waterproofing solutions.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement and negotiation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
