Job Description

Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, potential clients, and new market opportunities aligned with the company's goals.Business Strategy: Developing and implementing business development strategies to achieve sales targets and long-term growth objectives.Client Acquisition: Identifying and approaching potential clients, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into business opportunities.Proposal Development: Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations for prospective clients.Networking: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and potential partners to expand the company's network.Negotiation and Closure: Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while closing deals that align with business objectives.Account Management: Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities.Performance Analysis: Monitoring sales metrics, analyzing performance, and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies.Team Leadership: Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior members of the business development team.Skills and Qualifications:Sales and Negotiation Skills: Strong sales acumen, negotiation abilities, and experience in dealing with clients at a senior level.Market Knowledge: Understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor analysis.Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives.
