Ensure accuracy and completeness of new and renewal quotes/orders.
Perform financial, commission and sales data quality checks for each opportunity. quote and order to ensure all records are complete, accurate and in compliance with company policies.
Ensure all contracts are reflected in our systems in a timely manner after closing.
Audit book of business data, ensure it aligns with financial outputs and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Finance, Deal Desk, Business Systems and Sales teams to streamline and automate processes for deal approvals and order management.
Respond to inquiries on order status, with timely and efficient resolution.
Perform ad-hoc requests as necessary.
3+ years of relevant experience working in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Order Management, Finance or related role at a high growth company (preference for those in SaaS / technology)
Detail oriented
Strong listening, analytical and organizational skills
Understanding of a variety of finance technologies including Salesforce, CPQ, etc
Growth mindset

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or Related Field.
