Roles & Responsibilites :


Provide customer support via VOICE for international customers.

  • Resolve customer queries and requests.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.

Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 6-12months of experience in International is mandatory. Must be Immediate Joiner Ready to Relocate
