We are currently hiring
Role: Automation SME
Experience: 5 to 8 yrs
Excellent Comms
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in RPA development and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of RPA tool UiPath and low code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix).
- Good understanding of MS Azure Cloud
- Extensive hands-on experience with leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying RPA solutions in a production environment. Experience with low code/no code platforms like Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, etc.
- Ability to design and implement applications using these platforms.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript) for automation purposes. Experience integrating RPA and low code solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience deploying automation solutions in cloud environments.
- Experience managing end-to-end automation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong background in analyzing and mapping business processes.
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working with various stakeholders, including business analysts, process owners, and IT teams.
- Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.
- Experience with low code/no code platforms, with at least 3+ years in a related role.
- Experience leading a team of developers or automation specialists.
