Job Description

Develop and implement global HR strategies that align with the company s overall business objectives.
Collaborate with international HR teams to ensure alignment on policies, practices, and cultural nuances.

Talent Management:

Oversee global talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
Drive performance management processes across different regions, ensuring consistency and fairness.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

Manage complex employee relations issues across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Promote employee engagement through global initiatives and best practices.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure global compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Oversee audits and manage risks related to international employment practices.

Global HR Operations:

Manage global HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
Drive process improvements and standardization across regions.

Learning and Development:

Develop and implement global training and development programs tailored to diverse cultural and business needs.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I):

Lead global DE&I initiatives, ensuring the promotion of an inclusive and diverse workplace.
Monitor and report on global DE&I metrics and progress.
