Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations:
Manage end-to-end branch activities including sales, underwriting, claims coordination, and customer service.
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed branch sales targets for auto insurance policies.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor insurance advisors and support staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a high-performance culture.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and personalized service.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to senior management for strategic planning.
