Summary:As a MySQL Database Administrator in the Infra Transformation job family group, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance for critical business systems. Your typical day will involve monitoring and optimizing database performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system availability and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Design, install, configure, and maintain MySQL databases, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security.- Monitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve issues, including capacity planning and optimization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, ensuring system availability and reliability.- Develop and maintain database documentation, including backup and recovery procedures, security policies, and performance tuning guidelines.- Implement and maintain database security policies and procedures, including access control, data encryption, and auditing.
