Experience: 2 - 6 Years 

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and proactive Production Support Engineer with experience in workflow automation, ETL processes, and incident management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, monitoring, and optimizing production systems and automated data workflows while working closely with engineering, DevOps, and data teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL pipelines, batch jobs, and workflow automation tools.
• Ensure high availability of production systems through timely issue resolution and root cause analysis.
• Automate routine operational tasks and optimize recurring workflows using scripting or automation platforms.
• Collaborate with development and data teams to deploy, configure, and support new application releases and data flows.
• Perform log analysis, database health checks, and system performance monitoring.
• Maintain knowledge base and incident documentation to improve team efficiency.
• Implement proactive alerting and monitoring systems to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, security, and data governance policies.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support coverage as needed (including nights/weekends for critical issues).
