Were on the lookout for a  Product Design Intern to join our Growth & Product Team at Ketto a startup with big dreams and an even bigger impact. We dont count hours; we count impact. What Youll Do (Besides Being Awesome) 

Work with PMs, devs, and fellow design nerds to craft seamless user experiences.

Dive deep into user research to uncover what makes people click (literally and figuratively).

Create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs that make users go.

Collaborate with devs to ensure your designs are implemented the way they were meant to be .

Build and maintain design systems & style guides because consistency is key.

Take ownership and track how your designs are performing. Are they driving impactLets measure and iterate.

Iterate. Test. Repeat. We dont design for vanity; we design for real outcomes.

Stay updated with design trends but also know when to break the rules.

 What You Bring to the Table 

 1-3 years of UI/UX experience designing for web & mobile. 

A portfolio that speaks louder than wordsshow us what youve got!

 Mastery in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (because paint.exe wont cut it).

A deep understanding of user-centered design and data-driven decision-making. 

The ability to communicate design ideas like youre telling a great story.

A keen eye for detail (but also knowing when to zoom out and see the bigger picture).

Experience with usability testing & user research (major plus, but not a dealbreaker).

A growth mindsetwe love people who learn fast and think big.
