Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions on Optimizely CMS and/or Commerce Cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps. Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, and technical solutioning. Define architecture, establish coding standards, and ensure best practices in implementation. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables with agile practices. Oversee integrations with third-party systems like CRMs, ERPs, payment gateways, DAMs, etc. Provide technical mentorship and support to development teams. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in solution delivery using Optimizely s latest features. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Experience: Proven expertise in Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Commerce Cloud. Strong .NET/C# development background. Experience with Optimizely DXP, deployment pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructure (Azure preferred). Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks). Experience integrating with APIs, RESTful services, and external platforms. Familiarity with personalization, A/B testing, search (Optimizely Search & Navigation), and analytics features. Strong understanding of content modeling, workflows, and CMS design best practices. Prior experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing technical delivery. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Optimizely certifications (Developer, Architect, Commerce) are a strong plus.
