Media Supply Chain Architect
Exp: 15+ Years
Duration: Long term
Location: Offshore, preferably Bangalore, Mumbai
Domain: Media
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize media supply chain architectures, ensuring seamless content ingestion, processing, storage, and distribution.
- Build Partnership by Evaluate, select, and integrate best-in-class media technologies, including cloud-based media solutions, Encoding/transcoding appliances, MAM (Media Asset Management) and CMS (Content Management Systems), Rights Management, Broadcast Solutions.
- Work with customers for their metadata models and taxonomy strategies for content discovery, rights management, and personalization.
- Can work to solution an end to end Content Supply and Distribution workflow, by bringing various partnership products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement automated workflows, AI-driven content tagging, and transcoding pipelines.
- Understand processes of content operations, product, and IT teams to align media supply chain solutions with customers needs.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of media workflows, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex media processing issues, optimizing performance across platforms.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in cloud media services, AI/ML for media, and digital content distribution.
- Build service line for Media supply chain including but not limited to Customer Demo and POC
- Work on customer Proposal and RFP to provide technical solutions and estimates.
- Understanding of Media related Regulation and Compliance standards for UK and US regions.
- Analyze data to inform supply chain decisions and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: 15+ years in media supply chain and Operations, with a focus on supply chain optimization.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Media Asset management ,Meta Data Tools, Digital Asset management, CMS systems, OTT, video formats, codecs and cloud technology.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple discussions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong team player and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
