Job Title: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) Field-Based Clinical Insights
Locations:
- Mumbai/ Delhi / Hyderabad or Bangalore.
Job Description:
We are hiring experienced and scientifically driven Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to join our dynamic field-based team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about bridging scientific knowledge with real-world clinical practice.
As an MSL, you will engage with healthcare professionals across 4050 hospitals daily, conducting structured surveys and gathering valuable clinical insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field visits to hospitals and healthcare institutions (4050 per day).
- Administer structured questionnaires and surveys to physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Collect, analyze, and report clinical and medical insights from the field.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support medical strategy and evidence generation.
- Stay updated on clinical research, therapeutic trends, and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
- PharmD, MPharm, or PhD in Life Sciences or related field.
- 12 years of experience in a field-based MSL or similar role.
- Prior experience in clinical research, market research, or healthcare fieldwork is essential.
- Strong scientific acumen with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Freshers will not be considered.
Preferred Background:
- Experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) or in healthcare-focused market research.
- Familiarity with hospital systems and physician engagement protocols.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
