Job Description

About the Role -

As an Senior executive - Customer Success , you will play a fundamental role in achieving Treebos ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term Key Customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate is someone who can build and foster strong relationships with strategic customers. You will need to identify needs and requirements to promote our companys solutions. The goal is to contribute towards sustaining and growing our business to achieve the maximum Share of Wallet from all our customers.Candidate must be comfortable and fluent in both written and verbal communications through meetings/calls/emails, work closely with stakeholders and always be on the lookout for ways to increase Treebos Share of wallet with customers.


Key Responsibilities

Manage Treebos key corporate accounts.

Develop relationships with clients and farm the existing accounts for more business opportunities.

Build trust with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and help increase SOW and visibility of the brand.

Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

Route qualified opportunities to relevant stakeholders for successful closure.

Drive Central Initiatives through verbal/written communications to admins.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of the highest standards of customer experience.

UG Degree in business administration or any other relevant field.
