Job Description
Job Title: Full Stack DevOps/DevSecOps
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior DevOps/Dev Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and tools. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and overall DevOps strategy. You will be a champion for automation, security, and continuous improvement, collaborating closely with development, operations, and security teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of robust and scalable CI/CD pipelines for On Prem and cloud-native applications.
- Champion and implement DevOps best practices across the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and automation.
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring high availability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and performance.
- Implement and enforce DevSecOps practices, integrating security throughout the SDLC and tools.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments.
- Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our DevOps processes and tools.
- Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
- Ability to Support RFIs and RFPs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Azure DevOps).
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in a DevOps environment.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP - specify which ones).
- Solid understanding of full-stack application architecture and deployment.
- Coding Skill Java, dot net, Spring boot, Golang, PHP, UI/UX, ReactJS, Angular.
- Understanding of Microservices based application deployment.
- API creation and integration proficiency
- Database : SQL, MySQL, Postgres, Mondo DB etc.
- Monitoring tool : New Relic, Grafana, Nginx and Cloudfront
- AI and GenAI understanding and some Handson
- Proven experience implementing and managing DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding and experience with DevSecOps principles and practices.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Application Security testing :VAPT, ITGC & AWASP Top10.
- Proficiency with Git and SVN version control systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience with automation scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Experience with data processing and analysis tools.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI and GenAI understanding and project execution
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Knowledge of networking protocols and security best practices.
Educational Requirements:
- MCA/ MTech/ BTech or a related field.
- Advanced certifications are a plus.
