Description
Bed Bath and Beyond Contact Center technology team is seeking a talented Oracle Service Cloud Solutions Architect to work on continuing enhancements and new projects of our OSvC implementation. You will collaborate with internal IT and business teams to implement best in class solutions for a multi-site, multi-business line, high volume servicing contact center environment. The ideal candidate will be a true Solution Consultant, challenging the status quo, providing new and innovative ways to solve complex business problems.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the functional specification, technical design, implementation and support of Service Cloud Solution.
- Provides technical expertise, direction, and leadership to the technical team for a project
- Ensure all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented.
- Conducting business User/Stakeholder workshops to elicit business requirements, understand the As-Is process and chart out the To-be process based on information gathered
- Responsible for end-to-end technical assurance, technical governance, technical best practices, the reuse of technical assets, and the assignment of technical work. Responsible for technical direction of the project
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication, Active Listening and Interpersonal skills
- Self- driven Entrepreneurial Individual
- Technical Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in software development which includes 4 years of implementation expertise on Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow).
- Extensive working experience in Agent Desktop, Workspaces & Workflows, Agent Scripting, Knowledge Management, Rules, UI customization, Analytics, Custom Objects, ROQL.
- Expert at integration: File based, SOAP API, REST API, Knowledge API, Chat API, knowledge of Middleware, etc.
- Proficient in developing, customizing and deploying the code in Oracle Service Cloud application
- Strong knowledge of php, .NET, HTML and CSS
- Have strong experience in RightNow Integration with third party apps(Inbound/Outbound)
- Experience extending the Oracle CX Cloud product suite utilizing custom extension components such as custom business objects, custom process models, custom fields, etc.
- Strong Customer portal design and development knowledge
