We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, software, and basic network issues. You will help users with technical problems both onsite and remotely.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Install and configure desktops, printers, and software
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network problems
• Provide technical support to users
• Maintain system updates and security
• Keep records of support tasks and equipment
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
• Education: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
